Windows 10 Insider Preview will be migrated to RTM Candidate Edition

In order to control which features are open to the public, Microsoft will provide a preview version of Windows 10 that belongs to different development branches, such as Windows Insider testers, which have been contacted by the "fbl_impressive" branch. However, with the official release date of July 29 approaching, Microsoft has quietly switched the next system update of the Insider preview to the "TH1" branch that is homologous to RTM.

In other words, the next Windows 10 preview that Windows Insider will get, even if it is not RTM itself, will be a candidate for it.

Interesting Windows 10 Preview users can check in the registry to see if they have been switched to the "TH1" branch, the path is "HKLM> SOFTWARE> Microsoft>WindowsSelfHost>Applicability", and then double click “BranchName” item.

If the box that pops up is not "TH1", try Windows Update or wait patiently for system updates.
