1. Go to the Windows 7 Control Panel and find all the options in the Control Panel. 2. Click on “Programs and Features”. 3. In the left column, click “turn on or off Windows Features”. 4. Wait for the list to load. 5. Find the IE 10 option and remove the "checkmark> in the box in front of it (the default is checked). 6. Open windowsupdate-->View update history-->Installed update, then delete IE11, then restart download and install the IE version you need.
