Win 8 has a problem: the startup speed is too fast

According to foreign media reports, it is well known that speeding up the startup is one of the main goals of Windows8
development, but Microsoft BuildingWindows8 blog said that Windows8 has a problem &mdash ;— It starts too fast. Previously, professionals have been discussing the problem of ultra-fast boot speed: if Windows does not pause before loading, it is difficult for the system to use the function keys to get the BIOS settings. To solve this problem, Windows 8 allows users to modify the boot driver within the system.
Microsoft engineers published an article on BuildingWindows8 that specifically highlighted this issue and discussed other unexpected results caused by ultra-fast boot speeds, such as the inability to enter security mode via F8. In order to solve this problem, Windows 8 will have a built-in "Startup Options Menu", which will appear when Windows loads. If the driver problem causes Windows 8 to fail to load, the launch options menu will also load automatically. The boot options menu relies on the new UEFI hardware. If the user is using a legacy device, the user still needs to enter the safe mode or change the BIOS settings via the traditional buttons. Of course, the old device will not start too fast, and the user can easily operate it. If the user needs to use the boot options menu, the setup steps are: PC Settings –>General –> Advanced Launch.
