TOSHIBA (Toshiba) notebook how to restore the system

TOSHIBA (Toshiba) laptop in the system after the problem, how to system recovery?

Applicable models: Toshiba does not have a "one button recovery" model with system recovery disc. Note: Before doing any system recovery, be sure to back up the data in the hard disk. Because one-click recovery will delete all partition data or C disk partition data of the entire hard disk.

First, shut down the computer first. When the computer is off, press and hold the number key “0”, don’t let go, then press the power button once, until the number button “0” appears after loading the page.

After the loading is complete, a warning page appears, warning that all data will be deleted after the recovery is completed, and prompted to connect to the AC adapter, click "Yes" to continue. Due to the long recovery time, please do not do this without connecting the AC adapter (external power supply) to avoid unnecessary loss of the battery in the middle.

There are three options here: the first option to restore the factory default settings, is to restore the current hard disk directly into a hard disk partition, and restore the system; the second option to restore but not change the hard disk partition, is to restore the system To the first partition, the default is the C drive; the third option to restore the custom capacity partition is to restore the system to a custom partition, quite a re-partition of the hard disk.

If you choose to restore the custom capacity partition, you can specify the C drive capacity, use the up and down arrows to adjust the size of the C drive, or directly enter the size of the partition space, the minimum is 20. The partition operation of the remaining hard disk space must be right click on my computer in the system after the system is installed. Click Manage and perform subsequent partition operation in the disk management.

Clicking on the next step starts to restore the system. Due to the large amount of data, the recovery process takes about 60 minutes. Please wait patiently
