1. In the Control Panel, double-click "Network and Internet Connections" (or double-click the network connection and skip step 2).
2. Click Network Connections, click “Create a new connection in the Network Tasks pane to start the Network Connection Wizard, and then click Next.
3. Click Select “Connect to the Internet", and then click Next.
4. Click Select “Manually set my connection", and then click Next.
5. Click to select “Connect with a broadband connection that requires a username and password" or <;Connect with an always-on broadband connection".
6. Type the ISP name provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and click Next.

7. Type the username provided by your ISP. Type the password provided by your ISP. Type the password again to confirm and click Next.

8. Click Select “Add a shortcut to this connection on my desktop>, click Finish to complete the wizard.
