Issues related to Microsoft's signature authentication

Users using Windows 2000/xp sometimes pop up a warning dialog box asking if they want to continue the installation when installing the device driver. In fact, the device driver itself is no problem, but it is not certified by Microsoft. Starting with Windows 2000/xp, when the device driver is installed, the system will check whether it has passed Microsoft's signature authentication. If it does not pass, the above situation will occur. In fact, this nasty warning dialog can be cancelled with a simple setup.
First, right click on the "My Computer" icon on the desktop, click on the "Properties" command in the pop-up menu (see Figure 1), then the "System Properties" dialog box will open.

Select the "Hardware" tab, then click the "Driver Signature" (see Figure 2) button in the "Driver", in the pop-up In the dialog box, select "Ignore - Install the software without asking for my consent (I)" (Figure 3). At this time, you should pay attention to "Apply this operation as the system default value (D) under "System Administrator Options". "The check box in front of it is also selected, and finally click the "confirm" button to exit, and then install the device driver will be unobstructed.
