Delete Ubuntu operating system under Windows XP

Step 1: Still use bootice.exe to restore boot, restart and delete c:\\wubildr.mbr and c:\\wubildr files. Since we added the ext format partition to the system after installing Ubuntu, we also need to convert these partitions into fat32 or ntfs format partitions. Run diskgenuis, in the partition list you can clearly see the Ubuntu swap partition as the Linus Swap system, and now this partition is to be converted.

Step 2: After confirming the deletion of the partition, open Disk Management and select the unknown partition in the right pane. Right-click and select Delete Logical Drive and create as a fat32 partition. If you choose the primary partition when you install Ubuntu, you also need to use PQ to convert it to a logical partition, so as to avoid the startup failure caused by multiple primary partitions.

PS: If you want to delete Ubuntu in c:\\Windows 7, run the Bcdedit command first, and remember the Ubuntu startup prompt when listing the boot menu item, such as {4333cb29-c647-11de-b1c2-ca1101fc7965 }, then enter bcdedit.delted {4333cb29-c647-11de-b1c2-ca1101fc7965}, and then delete the above two file boot files, leaving the same operation as XP.
