1, backup system file

Steps are as follows: Open the "Start" menu, select "Programs" --> "Accessories" --> "System Tools" --> "Backup" command, open the "Backup Tool Wizard" window, you can directly Click Advanced Mode to open the Backup Tool window. In the Welcome tab, click the Automatic System Recovery Wizard button. The Automatic System Recovery Preparation Wizard dialog box opens, click Next. "" button, enter the "Backup Destination" dialog box, insert a blank floppy disk in the floppy drive, and then click the "Next" button to continue to complete the backup work.
2, backup hardware configuration file
hardware configuration file can guide Windows XP to load the correct driver when the hardware changes, if we have some hardware installation or modification, it is likely that the system can not start properly Or run, then we can use the hardware configuration file to restore the previous hardware configuration. It is recommended that users back up the hardware configuration files each time they install or modify the hardware, which can easily solve many system problems caused by hardware configuration.

3, backup registry file

4, the production system boot disk

6, create a system restore point
