Set the custom 404 error page in IIS, can not enter the URL address solution

I set the custom 404 error in IIS, can not enter the URL address, always prompt to enter the "wrong URL address, please enter a site Absolute url address ". I entered: http://www.45it.com/404.htm, but every time it was an error.

Repeated tests many times, and query the information on the Internet, found: IIS set 404 error, enter the URL address, you must enter a site's absolute url address, not a domain name on the network address.

The specific settings are as follows:

Open IIS Manager-->Click to set the properties of custom 404 outlets-->Click Custom Error Options-->Select 404 Pages- ->Select and open the Edit Properties-->Set as URL --> URL to fill in “/404.htm” (does not include “”) --> press OK to save and exit 404.htm This page is uploaded to the root of the website using ftp.
