Cannot print or view print preview of web pages in IE

Problem Description:

When you try to print or view a print preview of a web page in Internet Explorer, you may not be able to print the web page correctly or view the print preview. And the system may display a script error.

Solution:

Method 1: Troubleshoot printer problems and update drivers to the latest version

Method 2: Try to print the web page when running Internet Explorer as an administrator

Method 3: Try printing after disabling protected mode

1. Click on <;Tools>

in Internet Explorer 2. Click “Security&rdquo ; tab and uncheck the box next to “Enable Protected Mode> (requires Internet Explorer restart)

3. Click “Apply”, then click “OK”.

4. Close all open Internet Explorer windows and restart Internet Explorer.

5. Browse to the website and try to print the page while running as an administrator.
