Win10 does not record how to use the information

It seems that this new home page view is very "useful", at least Microsoft thinks so, users open the file explorer to find common objects. But now it seems that this homepage is likely to become a less pleasing setting. On the one hand, it is easy to make the file manager window messy and crowded. Dozens of folders and files are piled up here, so it is not easy to find it. How much; on the other hand, there are privacy issues, and you probably need to manually clean up.

In general, the content in the home view is not very useful for many people. In this case, it is better not to let it record the content. So, how to turn off the logging function of the home page view? Some people may have found the relevant settings but never have to ask for it, because it is more subtle, and if you don't believe it, look down.
Right into the property window in the blank space of the taskbar, then switch to the "Start" menu tab; although there is no "home page" related setting options, there is a setting that can determine whether the home page records the content. , in the red box below, “Save and display recently opened items in the Start menu and taskbar”.

After canceling the above options, refresh or restart the file explorer, you will see the home page view left the favorites and desktop two, other common folders and recently used items have been completely removed.

I don’t know why Microsoft is hiding the recent use of project options in the start menu and taskbar settings. Maybe it’s not yet time to modify the corresponding text description. Maybe it’s a temporary merger. Set an option separately, but in any case, the corresponding option is currently found.
