Win 7 English system shows Chinese garbled code

  
If the operating system we are using is in English, we will find that Chinese cannot be displayed properly when running Simplified Chinese programs, and Chinese has become garbled.
This is because the text encoding used by most Chinese programs is different from the text encoding of the Windows 7 English system, so garbled characters may occur.
We can set the system by the following method to display Chinese normally.
Please click Startmenu and click Control Panel to open the control panel. Click Change display language under Clock Language andRegion. As shown:

Click on the Administrative tab in the pop-up window as shown:

Click the Change system locale button as shown:

Current The system locale is changed to: Chinese (Simplified, PRC), as shown in the figure:

Click the OK button and restart the computer to see if it can display Chinese normally.
If we want to display programs in other languages ​​normally, then change the Current system locale to the corresponding language.
