Modify DNS

The specific method of modifying DNS address under Win7 system is as follows: (Hint: XP and Win8 are basically similar)

First, click "Start”, open the control panel;

2. In the control panel, set the viewing mode to [Category], click [Network and Internet];

3. Then find and enter [Network and Sharing Center];

4. Click [Change Adapter Settings];

5. Right click on the currently active wireless network connection, click [Properties] in the pop-up menu;

6. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), click [Properties];

7. Select [Use the following DNS server address], fill in the preferred DNS server (based on your network service provider and the city where Baidu searches) and Alternate DNS server (recommended 114.114.114.114 or 8.8.8.8), and then click [OK]. At this point, the DNS has been modified.
