Vista/win7 local connection status is unknown, dependent service or group can not start

Symptom: VISTA/WIN7 suddenly can't access the Internet, network and sharing center display unknown, dependent service or group can't start.
The Diagnostics and Repairs display does not work because the Diagnostic Policy Service is not running. Open the service controller, many services can not be started (not disabled), is a problem with Network Location Awareness, manually can not start, display windows can not be on the local computer, start Network Location Awareness for more information, check the system event log and so on.

Workaround 1: Put the installation CD into the installation and enter sfc /scannow to fix it. Note that there is a space after sfc.

Solution 2: The reason why the service cannot be started is that the dynamic link file required by the corresponding service does not exist or has been destroyed. Download the corresponding dll and try it.

Solution 3: Is the connection thread number cracked? In fact, many times this is because your TCPIP.sys file has been modified to cause an error, copy an identical file and try it out.

Solution 4: Look at the service, whether the Remote Access Connection Manager service has been started.

Solution 5: Select the restore point to restore to a few days ago.

Solution 6:

1. Run output dcomcnfg

2. Component Services-Computer-My Computer-DCOM Configuration-netprofm

3. Right-click Properties - Security - Start and Activate Permissions - Customize

4. Edit - Add - Enter the object name to select - Enter "LOCAL SERVICE" - OK
