What are the new Windows 8.1 keyboard shortcuts?

A keyboard shortcut is a combination of two or more keys that can be used to perform tasks that normally require a mouse or other pointing device to perform. Keyboard shortcuts make it easier to interact with your computer, saving you time and effort when you use Windows and other applications.

Most apps also offer accelerators to make it easier to use menus and other commands. Check if there is an accelerator in the application menu. If a letter of a word in the menu is underlined, this usually means that you can press the Alt key and the underlined key at the same time, which is equivalent to clicking the menu item. If you're using a touch keyboard, you'll also see some shortcuts when you press the Ctrl key.

By pressing the Alt key in some applications (such as "Drawing" and "Wordboard"), you can display commands marked with additional keys that you can press to use The command.
