Method 1: Disable DirectWrite font rendering system

Open browsing In the address bar, type chrome://flags/carriage, find Disable DirectWrite in the open page, click "Enable", and then restart the browser to disable the DirectWrite font rendering system.

Method 2: Re-create the DirectWrite font cache

Open Explorer — on this computer, enter ChromeDWriteFontCache in the search box, as shown in the figure below, delete all the searched items, and automatically rebuild these cache files when you reopen the browser.
