Known Issues

The Edge Browser already has a new app ID, which will result in any favorite content, cookies, history, and reading lists that you have saved in your previous Spartan browser. The project was lost after the upgrade. If you want to keep this, please make a backup before upgrading to Win10 Preview 10166.

The steps are as follows:

1, find your favorite location

%localappdata%/Packages/Microsoft.Windows.Spartan_cw5n1h2txyewy/AC/Spartan/User/Default/Favorites

Note: "%localappdata%” refers to X:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\\,“X” refers to the Win10 system disk path. The current Build 10162 version does not have a Spartan browser folder.

2, save to %userprofile%/Favorites (IE browser favorites location X:\\Users\\username\\Favorites, “X” is the current Win10 IE11 Favorites folder)

3. After upgrading to Build 10166, open the Edge browser and select “Set", and you will see  Import Favorites from other browsers”. Check Internet Explorer and click the “Import” button to complete.
