WinFuture.de claims that, according to its sources, in addition to the old-fashioned DVD disc sales method, the USB flash drive version of the Windows 10 Home and Professional Edition will also be sold. The report adds that the version of each USB flash drive will allow the operating system to be installed and licensed on a PC. In addition, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions will be included on the flash drive so that users can choose which version they want to install on the PC. Microsoft has not confirmed how they intend to distribute and sell their own standalone Windows 10 products.

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 10 Home Edition is priced at $119.99 and Windows 10 Professional is priced at $199.99. Already have Windows 7 or 8.1 and can upgrade to Windows 10 for free after July 29.
