Win10 preview version 10159 upgrade failure, please wait for the official solution

Computer store news: Recently Microsoft has pushed two Win10 preview updates, the latest is Build 10159. On Monday, internal participants thought that Build 10158 might be the last Build before RTM. But on Tuesday, internal participants received a more stable and complete Build 10159.

Monday's Build 10158 brings new Edge browsers, font rendering, transitions and animations, as well as built-in apps like mail and stores. From Build 10158 to 10159 did not bring more new content, Gabe Aul said in the blog that it only fixed more than 300 bugs.

Windows internal participants can't wait to upgrade to Build 10159, but encountered some obstacles during the upgrade process, and some internal participants reported that their system could not get updates. Other internal participants reported that they were stopped at 0%, 23% or 35% by their update settings.

For this problem, restarting the update service can be easily and quickly resolved. The specific method is as follows:

1 Close the current Windows update <Settings" window

2 Start Task Manager

3 Click on “Details” (users who are already in full mode can go directly to the next step)

4 Go to “Services

5 Locate the wuauserv service (quickly tap the keyboard W and U keys twice to locate)

6 Right-click on the service and select “Restart”

The easiest is to reboot the system. For some people it may take several times to restart the update to continue. There is also a solution, some complicated, please go to WindowsClub to find a fix.
