Computer store news: This patch was released at 1 am Beijing time on the 19th, but the details were not listed on Microsoft's official page.

Since this patch belongs to the OOB patch and is rated as critical, which means that the development of this patch is relatively sudden, Microsoft hopes to fix this vulnerability as soon as possible. Users can install this patch via Windows Update. Microsoft today announced that it will release a transport layer protocol using out-of-band (OOB) security patches. The impact of this patch covers almost all Server version operating systems, and the rating is "serious" and it is recommended to install it immediately.

This patch is rated as "serious" because it allows for elevation of privileges and requires a reboot. The affected platforms are: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and Windows Server 2012 R2. Other Windows versions are also affected, but it is noted that “no severity” means that the degree of impact is not serious, and non-Server versions of Windows including Win10 are not affected by this patch. Still, other versions of Windows are still required to install this patch.
