Win2003 can not open the prompt data execution protection when opening some software

  

It is said that the win2003 system is a system with strong stability and security. That is because Microsoft has made a lot of settings for the system to protect it. Recently, when I opened some software in the win2003 system, I always couldn't open it. The system prompts the data to perform protection. This makes the user feel awkward.
