Solve U disk installation Windows Server 2012 R2 error Windows can not open the required text

Reason for error:

When using UltraISO and other software to burn images, the default use FAT32 file system, the system does not support files larger than 4G ,

The installation file install.wim of Server 2012 R2 is 5.12G, and the solid installation fails.

Solution:

Burn the image to the U disk according to the previous method;

Change the U disk file system:

Enter the command line mode, enter convert f: /fs:NTFS (F is the drive letter of my U disk)

Then open the image file, find the install.wim file in the Sources directory, and copy it to the corresponding U. Under the disk directory.
