This long-term operation of the disk, after all, will affect the disk life. After research, I finally found that solving this kind of problem by enabling disk advanced performance. Not only can improve the performance of the disk, but also effectively protect the hard disk, thus extending the life of the hard disk.
The operation steps are as follows: right click on "Computer" --> Select "Properties" --> "Device Manager" --> In the window that opens, expand "Disk Drive" and right click on the corresponding disk. Select "Properties" and select "Enable Advanced Performance" in the Policies tab (the default is not enabled).
