Vista shipped models modified XP, the prompt does not recognize the hard drive solution

                  Phenomenon description: Some customers feedback Lenovo K41/K42/E41/E42/F31 Windows Vista shipped models when modifying XP system. During the installation process, the following error message interface appears. Hint: "The installer did not find the hard drive installed on this computer" and no further installation is possible. The original Vista system machine does not have such a fault.




Solution:
appear to need such phenomena as shown below CMOS settings interface "Advanced" option in the "AHCI Configuration" option function is set to "Disabled ", press F10 to save.
