3. Compressed folder: This is a pretty good optimization, we can view the zip file as a folder. Click "Start" → "Run", type: regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll, then press Enter.

4. Remove the Windows boot logo: “Start” → “Settings” → “Folder Options”, and select “Show all files” from the “Advanced Settings” list box in the “View” tab. Then open the C drive, find the MSdos.sys file, and cancel its "read-only" property, open it, under the "Option" paragraph, add a line statement: Logo=0, so the Windows boot pattern will not be Load and run, the boot time can also be shortened by 3 seconds.

5. Optimize the "Startup" group: "Start" → "Run", select "msconfig" in the "Open" column of the dialog box that appears, and then click "OK", it will bring up " System Configuration Utility, click on the "Startup" tab, and remove the "√" in front of the program that does not need to load the startup group. In this way, at least the startup time can be shortened by 10 seconds.

6. Organize and optimize the registry: For the optimization of the registry, you can use Windows Optimizer and other software. With Windows Optimizer, click "Register Information Cleanup" → "Scan", the software will automatically clean up the garbage in the registry for you. After the scan is finished, a menu will pop up for you to choose whether to back up the registry. It is recommended to select backup. After the backup, click "Clear".

7. Expand the virtual memory capacity: If your hard disk is large enough, please open "System" in the "Control Panel", open "Virtual Memory" in the "Performance" option, select the second Item: The user sets the virtual memory setting to point to a less-used hard disk, and sets the maximum and minimum values to a fixed value, which is about 2 times the physical memory. In this way, when the virtual memory uses the hard disk, it does not need to accommodate the difference between the big and the small, and the fixed space is used as the virtual memory to speed up the access speed. The setting of virtual memory is best done after "disk defragmentation", so that virtual memory is not in a continuous, non-fragmented file space, which can work better.

8. Remove the "wallpaper", "screen saver" and other fancy settings: these settings take up system resources, but also seriously affect the Windows boot sequence. To remove them, click the right mouse button on the blank space of the desktop, select "Properties" in the pop-up menu, and select the "Background" and "Screen Saver" tabs in the pop-up dialog box, respectively, "Wallpaper" and "Screen" The protection program is set to "No".
