Windows system comes with the drive letter hiding function introduction (2)

In fact, the way to completely hide the folder is also very simple, first hide the folder name. Click the folder you want to hide, click the right mouse button, click "Rename", delete the original name, enter the system default hidden character "Alt+160" button, then release the keyboard, the folder name has been hidden (such as image 3).

Click on this folder at the same time and select Properties in the right mouse button. And select the "Custom" tab in the window, click the "Change Icon" button, and select a blank folder icon in the pop-up window. OK to exit, the folder is now completely "hidden" (Figure 4).

At this point in the drive letter, the folder icon and name are all displayed as blank. You don't need to find this folder to go through the search function in time. Of course, only the person setting himself can open it (Figure 5).

Two very simple setup methods, but very practical. The two tips discovered by friends through research can help you to express your personality without affecting normal use. In particular, the latter can protect your privacy from being leaked to some extent. But the author here also reminds everyone to pay attention, when hiding folders, but also to avoid being deleted by other users as a blank file, resulting in important data can not be retrieved.
