The computer has been used for a long time, and the sound of the Windows 98 startup sound has become very fascinating. And the startup sound of my colleague's Windows XP appears to be “very nice” and “mdash;— can I make the Windows 98 boot sound come up?

First, copy the sound file

First of all, you must copy the co-worker's boot sound to your computer. Of course, the premise is that we have to find it.

Open the Control Panel and click on the “Sound, Voice and Audio Device” item. In the dialog that opens, select the “Change Sound Plan” icon.

In the "Sounds, Voices, and Audio Devices Properties" dialog box that opens, click the <;Sound” tab, and in the “Program Events" list, find “Start Windows”, Click on it and the sound file it uses will appear in the "sound" Here we can find that the startup sound is "Windows XP startup.wav". Click “Start →Search”, in the <quo;Search Results” dialog box, enter “Windows XP Startup.wav”, click the "Search” button to find the location of the sound file. Copy the file to a floppy disk.

Second, change the boot sound
