Keep your system desktop clean

If you think that there are too many icons on the desktop N, it is too messy! Let me teach you a simple way to manage shortcuts so that the desktop no longer has a bunch of icons that affect your enjoyment of the desktop! Ha ha! ! (Used under XP/2000, ME/98 is similar!)

I. Create shortcut key favorites

Create a new folder anywhere on the hard disk and name it "Common Software". Common software shortcuts are put into it!

II.Create "Menu"

Right-click "Taskbar" - "Toolbar" - "New Toolbar" - find and select the shortcut you just created in the pop-up window Ways to collect "common software" - "OK"! You're done! There is an additional toolbar on the right side of the taskbar. Pressing the arrow on the toolbar will bring up the drop-down menu and you can select the program you want to run.

III. Add shortcuts

Right click on the toolbar - open the folder - put the icon in!

4. Close the toolbar

Right-click on the taskbar. If there is a tick in front of the "Lock Taskbar", select "Lock Taskbar" to cancel the lock. Right click on the toolbar and select "Close Toolbar"!

PS: If you put the shortcut favorites in the "C:\\Documents and Settings\\"System Username\\"Start" menu, open " Start menu "-"All Programs", you can see the folder inside!
