Open XP shutdown event tracking program function

Everyone knows that Windows Server 2003 adds a "Close Event Tracker" function. When users want to shut down Windows Server 2003, they need to provide the reason for shutdown and fill in the comments. Although it is more troublesome to use this function, when the computer system is turned off, the shutdown event tracking program will record the reason for the shutdown, which is very helpful for the normal operation of the system and data protection. This feature is actually provided in Windows XP, but it is disabled by default, and we can easily start it through Group Policy. Click “Start →Run”, enter the “Gpdeit.msc” command, click the <;OK" button to bring up the Group Policy Edit window. Then in the left window, expand the "Computer Configuration & Rarr; Governance Template & Rarr; System" project, and then in the right window, find "Show & lsquo; Close Event Tracker & rsquo; & rdquo; strategy. Double-click the policy to open the property settings dialog. By default, the policy is “not configured", we select “enabled“single option, then in the “close event tracker should display ”drop-down list Select the "Always" option in the box, and finally click the "OK" button to activate the Close Event Tracker function. In Windows XP, every time you shut down, it will display the same Windows system dialog box as Windows 2003. You must select the reason for shutdown and fill in the comments to shut down or restart, which effectively protects the system.
