Microsoft's latest operating system Windows XP will be officially released, it is said that Windows XP comes with a burning function, many people have great hopes for this, thinking that Microsoft will integrate the burning function It is convenient for us to burn discs in the operating system. So is this the case? Let us practice it together. Let's learn to use the Windows XP burning feature. After installing Windows XP, if there is an extra "device with removable storage" on the computer in "My Computer", the drive attribute will be displayed when the drive is opened. The file system and capacity of the disc will be displayed. We click on "Record" to open the recorder properties settings. We started the disc burning function by checking "Enable CD recording on this device", which means that if you cancel this option, the burning opportunity becomes the CD-ROM drive, and its burning function is no longer used. Put "mirror" drive we generally choose "local disk C:" will be better, because in order to improve system security and performance when installing Windows XP, usually convert C: to NTFS format, so set temporary files and image files The use of C: to store will increase the speed of the recording. Since this setting requires a 1GB space in C:, you should pay attention to the availability of C: space. The fastest choice in terms of burning speed is as long as the computer is no problem. The fastest burning speed will be dealt with under Windows XP, because it has the file system NTFS, and each program has an independent process. . After the completion of the writing, whether the CD pops up automatically depends on the personal use. It is recommended not to check this box. Because it is checked, whether it is the first time to start burning or adding files or erasing the CDRW will eject the disc, which is very troublesome. Clearing the CDRW under Windows XP is very simple. When you open the disc where the recorder is located during the task, there are the following function boxes in the "CD Write Task" on the left. We can open the wizard to clear the CDRW disk by clicking "Delete CD-RW". Press "Next" to continue the CDRW removal process. For a 10x speed CDRW, the whole process takes only 45 seconds, which is actually about 1 minute.
