Secret: Creating a way to share Windows

File sharing is a common practice for LAN users. It is not easy to say that it is not easy to do. This article gives detailed solutions from the aspects of creating sharing methods, managing sharing, and file sharing stealth.

First, create a shared way: File

Windows XP systems share two ways: simple file sharing (Simple File Sharing) and advanced file sharing (Professional File Sharing).

1,

create simple file sharing file sharing Use simple file sharing is very simple, just right-click on the folder, select "Sharing and Security ..." menu item, point Select the "Share" tab item (Figure 1), and then check the "Share this folder on the network" item. In the "Share Name" column, the name of the file directory to be shared is displayed. If you allow users on the network to modify you. For shared files, you can also check the "Allow network users to change my files" item.

Tip: XP system default is to open the Simple File Sharing feature. However, if you are addicted, you can also share a disk drive. Simply click the right mouse button on the drive tray, select the "Share and Security..." menu item, click the "Share" tab item (Figure 2), and a security prompt appears, prompting you to pay attention to the risk of sharing the drive. If you continue to share, click on the "Share Drive Root" link and the following actions are the same as folder sharing.

shared folders and drives can be accessed on the premise that: the shared machine is turned GUEST account, the general XP system default GUEST account is not open, if you allow network users to access the computer, you must open GUEST account. Expand Control Panel→Administrative Tools→Computer Management→Local Users and Groups→Users. Right-click the GUEST account on the right, select the “Properties” menu item, and then delete the “Account Disabled” option. 4) Just fine. Most local security policies limit user access if they are not yet accessible. In the case where the GUEST user or the local corresponding account is enabled, expand the "Control Panel → Computer Management → Local Security Policy → User Rights Assignment" item in the list of users who refuse to access this computer from the network (Figure 5). If you see GUEST or the corresponding account, you can delete it directly, and users on the network can access it, so users can access the sharing without any password, and the access is more simple and clear. 2, advanced file sharing

XP system, advanced file sharing is by setting a different account, and were given different privileges that set the access control list by ACL (Access Control List) to plan the sharing of folders and hard disk partitions to limit user access.

1, forbid simple file sharing

First open a folder, click "Tools → Folder Options" in the menu bar, select the "View" tab item, in the advanced settings, remove " Use the Simple File Sharing (Recommended) option (Figure 6).
Fig. 6

Tip: Only this step can not start advanced file sharing, this only disables simple file sharing, and also needs to start the account and set permissions, so as to achieve the purpose of restricting access.

2, set up an account

only open GUEST account and can not achieve the purpose of many different user privileges. In advanced file sharing, Windows XP system does not allow network users to access the system without a password account by default. Therefore, we must set up different accounts for users with different permissions. Go to the Control Panel user account, which has a computer account and a guest account.

Under normal circumstances, the network user access rights are the same, then we only need to set up a user on it. In the user account, to create a new user, you must consider the network security, the account must be the minimum permissions and the minimum number of services, the type is set to "restricted users." Click the "Control Panel → User Account" item, then click the "Create a new account" link, enter the account name "JJ", click on the "Restricted" item in Figure 7, and finally click the "Create Account" button to complete.

There is an easy way to add a new account: Expand Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Computer Management → System Tools → Local Users and Groups → Users. In the right window, click the right mouse button to select The "New User" menu item is shown in Figure 8.

3, set the sharing permissions of the shared folder, of course, you can also customize the sharing permissions, users can set according to their own circumstances.

4. After completing the creation of a shared folder above, the system will ask if you want to create a shared folder again. Select "Yes" to return to the creation interface of step 2 to select a new shared folder; select "No" to exit the creation of the shared folder.

Setting up multiple shared folders, using the shrpubw.exe command is the fastest.

Second, the shared file management share

1, see the created folders

expand "→→ Control Panel Administrative Tools → Computer Management → Shared Folders → Shared" The item (Figure 14) shows which shares are open on the machine.

If you want to see what shared on a local area network, through the "Network Neighborhood" to see more than one computer to share files apparently powerless, how do? Using "LanDiscovery" software, the size is only 96KB, the most important is free software, the current version is 1.0, suitable for win9x/NT/2000/XP, can be downloaded from www.fast-download.info/LanDiscovery.Html. Use

LanDiscovery software is particularly simple, the software is installed, double-click the "LanDiscovery" icon on the desktop to run the software. When the software is running, it will automatically scan the computer in the LAN and display it on the left side of the software window. Just select the computer name of any computer (Figure 15), and immediately display it on the right side of the software window. The shared file directory of the computer, click on the shared file directory, you can open the directory to use the shared files.

You can also use the "cmd" command in the "Start → Run" window, enter the "net share" command in the pop-up run dialog (Figure 16) View shared resources.

3, delete the shared delete shared file, just right click on the folder, select the "Share and Security..." menu item, click the "Share" tab item (Figure 21) Then, delete the small tick before the "Share this folder on the network" item, and the file directory cannot be shared on the LAN after clicking the "OK" button.

You can also use Notepad to create a new batch file with the suffix BAT, and enter the command in the following format:

net share admin$ /del

net share ipc$ /del

net share c$ /del

net share d$ /del

If there are other drive letters Or folder sharing, you can also add them in turn.

Add the newly created batch file to the system's "task plan" and select "When the computer starts" in the options for executing the task. In this way, the system will automatically run the batch file after each boot, and close the specified default shared service. If you don't want to use Scheduled Tasks, you can also drag the shortcut of the batch file to the Startup menu to achieve the same goal. The effect is shown in Figure 22.

Third, file sharing is not a secret hacker stealth Dafa

LAN truly pose a threat to your own information security, but your side of the "people." Because the network neighbor shared files are widely used in the local area network, in order to better protect themselves, it is necessary to steal the Dafa to prevent internal malicious attacks when sharing files.

1, hidden shared folders

Do not think for a shared folder password to add too many loopholes to ensure security, Windows system, you know which patch did not catch up on it? Too dangerous. It would be much safer to let someone else not see your shared files from My Network Places.

Implementation method: Right-click the shared folder to be hidden with the mouse, click the "Share" tab item, fill in the name of the shared folder in the share name, and then add the dollar sign "$" , such as "share file $", then fill in the password. If someone wants to access your shared file, it is not visible in Network Neighborhood. You must enter "\\computername (or IP address)\\shared file$" in the address bar, and then press Enter to enter the password to confirm. Access your folder.

2, shared-mark shared

if one day he found that there is a shared file exists on your computer, that shared folder has a special flag is shared, the following have held out The little hand, this is the obvious difference from the general folder! How can I remove the small hand logo of the shared folder, so that the shared folder is the same as the ordinary folder, and the outsiders can no longer see which directories are shared and which directories are not shared, so that security is more secure. The following is a way to share the E disk without sharing flag: first set the E disk as a hidden share by using the above method of "hidden shared folder", then open the registry editor and open "HKEY_LOCAL_MacHINE\\SoftWare\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion"
Computer Management
\\Network\\LanMan\\e$", change the key value of DWord value "Flags" from "192" to "302", restart Windows system to make it effective. If you need to access, just type "\\computername\\e$" in the address bar and you will see the shared content of the E drive. At the same time, you will find that it is impossible to see that the E disk is shared in the resource browser of the machine. Is it amazing? No one knows this secret except yourself.
