Let it shut down but restart

This fault is the most common fault in the Windows XP operating system shutdown failure. The cause of the fault may have the following reasons:

2.BiOS set incorrectly

4. APM/NT Legacy Node is not enabled

Go to the Device Manager and click View → Show Hidden Devices in the menu bar to display all hidden devices in the system. Check the APM/NT Legacy Node option in the device list box. If your computer supports this feature, you will have this option, double-click, in the pop-up properties dialog box, click the "Enable Device" button.
