Easy two-line alignment in Word documents

        In the Word
2003 document, there are four line alignments of "aligned", "line centered", "right aligned", and "left aligned", but when the number of two lines of text is different, It also requires two lines to be strictly aligned at both ends, such as the end of the document, the time of payment, and so on. In this case, it is difficult to achieve the alignment provided by the Word
format setting. In this paper, I have studied two methods for you to choose.

1. Distribute the first line indent + + right indent

First, the input unit and the inscription time in the document inscribed in two rows, two rows selected, perform "Distribute", as shown in FIG. Figure

a
then drag the "first line indent" and "right indent" until a suitable place so far.

Tip: If you have to enter the following inscription else, please leave a blank line after the first inscription, so as not to hit enter after the destruction of the format to format.

2. After adjustment to adjust the width of the character position +

First, the input unit and the inscription time in the document inscribed in two rows, two select lines, select "format → width adjustment" menu command in the pop "width adjustment" screen Enter the width of the text (in characters), and the value of the character is based on the maximum number of characters in the two lines. We enter 11 characters here, as shown in Figure 2.

Adjust the text position can be achieved by the "left indent" setting as needed.

Note: The above two lines are aligned you can also extend it to three lines, four lines are aligned, applications such as multiple units jointly issued a document file class.
