I encountered a problem that could not be updated yesterday, the prompt is as above. In other words, the service mentioned below should be in the startup state. The same is true for pre-installed systems.
System update and upgrade, need several related services!
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type services.msc and click OK.
3. In the list of services, double-click "Automatic Updates" and then click "Properties".
4. In the "Startup type" list, select "Automatic" and then click "Apply".
5. Confirm that the service status is "Started", if the service status is "Stopped", click the "Start" button.
6. In the list of services, double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS), and then click Properties.
7. In the "Startup type" list, select "Manual" and then click "Apply".
8. Confirm that the service status is "Started", if the service status is "Stopped", click the "Start" button.
9. In the list of services, double-click "Event Log Event Log", and then click "Properties".
10. In the "Startup type" list, select "Automatic" and then click "Apply".
11. Confirm that the service status is "Started", if the service status is "Stopped", click the "Start" button
12.Application Management provides software installation services, such as dispatch, release and delete.
13. In the "Startup type" list, select "Automatic" and then click "Apply".
14. Confirm that the service status is "Started", if the service status is "Stopped", click the "Start" button.
