Improve Windows 7 program response speed

Windows users often encounter system prompts such as "The program does not respond", either manually forcibly terminated or continue to wait for a response, but most programs have difficulty reviving when this problem occurs.
This problem is also often encountered in Windows 7, how can we shorten the program response time? In fact, it is very simple, the method is as follows:
Run the registry, expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USERControlPanelDesktop, then right click in the blank space on the right side of the window, create a new "DWORD32 bit value".
Double-click the newly created value and rename it to “WaitToKillAppTimeout”.
Reconfirm that the value of the key is 0, save and modify and exit.
Through the above modification, the system response time of the program in Windows 7 can be effectively shortened, thereby avoiding the occurrence of problems such as system suspended animation.
