Please read this article to optimize UAC, use UAC function, don't let UAC pass soy sauce.

Step1 Adjust UAC security level appropriately

Open Control Panel→View Mode Select “Large Icon”→User Account→Change User Account Control Settings. If you need to strengthen Windows security, you need to UAC. Control is adjusted to the highest level; in fact, this highest level is similar to Vista's default level, you can adjust the security level according to your needs, but it is not recommended to close.

Step2 Close the secure desktop interface

Enter gpedit.msc in the search box of the start menu and press Enter to open the local Group Policy Editor→Computer Configuration→Windows Settings→Security Settings →Local Policies→Security Options, set “User Account Control: Switch to Secure Desktop when prompted to be promoted” to “Disabled”, and set “User Account Control: Administrator's Elevation Permission Prompt Behavior in Administrator Approval Mode” to “ Agree to the prompt."
