1. WIN+R runs gpedit.msc

2. Open Local Group Policy in turn. ) -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components

3. Select Windows Explorer

4. Find Remove in the right panel CD Burning features and double-click

5. Check Enable

6. Restart is in effect

For machines without Group Policy, Can be modified through the registry:

1. Win+R runs regedit

2. Find the following key value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Policies\\Explorer

3. Right-click in the right panel - New - DWORD32 - Name it NoCDBurning

4. Double-click the modifier key value to 1

5. Restart takes effect
