Solve the problem of "bilingual" video playback of Vista

I don't know if you still remember? In the Windows XP era, when many multimedia files are playing, the two channels are usually one Mandarin and the other is English or Cantonese (such media files are more common in pirated video files). At this time, the user can play the multimedia file by adjusting the system audio properties (ie, prohibiting one of the channels from sounding), so that there will be no "mixing" situation. However, in Windows Vista, when users encounter such problems, they find that mono cannot be adjusted in the Vista audio properties (see Figures 1, 2). Tip: Please pay attention to the red box in Figure 1. When the user uses a player to play video files, such as Storm Video, the player's control options will be added automatically. Users can clear or keep them in the articles described later. In Figure 1, in addition to the "speakers" under "Devices", I can't find any place to adjust the channel. What is going on here? Is it possible to cancel the function of setting the channel in order to combat piracy? This is just the author's funny guess, in fact, of course, there is no, but Microsoft has hidden this feature set. Open the control panel and double-click the “Sound” icon. In the pop-up “Sounds” property dialog box, select the “Speaker” icon (red box 1), and then click in the lower right corner. “Properties” button (2 in the red box, as shown in Figure 3).
