Problem 10: When the customer is explaining, the presentation document is out of order.
Possible causes: Damaged files, broken routing paths, borrowed computers are not compatible with existing devices - these are no longer important. You don't have time to play detective games.
Workaround: If you are brave enough to go straight, don't worry about any slides. The sad truth is that everyone hates PowerPoint. And you decisively throw away the slides and continue to tell them, which proves your flexibility and ability to handle small setbacks.
If you need to do a document demo, and reboots obviously don't do anything, try this software: OpenOffice.org. If you fight for time, just download it 10 to 15 minutes and install it.
However, it is better to always be prepared for this emergency. OpenOffice.org Portable can be run directly from an external hard drive. Back up this software and demo files on your USB drive so you can run it on any computer, anytime.
