How to cancel the power-on password and power-on login box

  

A) Cancel the power-on password:
1) Run -control userpasswords2
Remove the check mark in front of "To use this machine, you must enter the user name and password".
2) Click "Start"-----"Run"
Enter "rundll32 netplwiz.dll, UsersRunDll" in the box. Don't make mistakes in the case, then come out the user account dialog box, remove the check option "To To use this machine, the user must enter a username and password.

Step 1: Run the Registry Editor, expand the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\Winlogon] branch, then double-click "DefaultUserName" in the right window, then enter your Login Username. If there is no preset user name, you can add this item by clicking "Edit → New → String Value (s) → DefaultUserName" in the menu bar of the Registry Editor. Note that you should distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Step 2: Also under the branch, double-click the "DefaultPassword" sub-menu in the right window of the Registry Editor and enter your password in the blank field.
Step 3: Next double-click "AutoAdminLogon" in the right window and set the value to "1". Close the Registry Editor and restart your computer, OK.

2) Cancel the boot login box:
1) win98 Please use "windows login" in the network properties;
2) win2K please in the control panel - user and password - "user" In the tab, cancel the "User login requires password" option - in the "Advanced" tab, cancel "Press Ctrl-Alt-Del before user login";
3) Win XP As long as you keep a user without a password, all other users are deleted.
