Fun in the Windows XP operating system, today you are a dog trainer

In Windows XP, open the search window and a dog search assistant named "Little Yellow" will appear below. Recently, I was a little annoyed with the words that have remained unchanged for five years. I decided to personally train the dog teacher and teach it to "speak" some fashionable language.

Take the system installed on the C drive as an example, open the "C:\\WINDOWS\\srchasst\\mui\\0804" folder, where the XML file records the words of the dog Xiao Huang. For example, if you want to re-instruct it to respond (ie, after popping up in the search window, the pop-up prompt panel), you can use Notepad to open the "charctxt.xml" file. The text inside is not very familiar, and the Chinese characters are changed according to your own wishes (Figure 1). Save the file and log back in to the system, open the search window again, click on Xiao Huang, and the training is successful (Figure 2).

Other files are text information corresponding to different search actions, so the text that wants to completely change the search window is not A small project. Of course, it's a good idea to back up your files before you start. //This article comes from computer software and hardware application network www.45it.com
