Fourth, after the Windows XP boot into the desktop, the system will temporarily stagnate for a while, then any program will not respond at this time, because the Windows XP DHCP Client service is assigning an IP address to the network card, the system will temporarily Stagnation for a while. To solve this problem, just in the "Control Panel → Network Connection", right-click the "Local Area Connection" icon, and then select Properties.
