Windows desktop does not show the mystery after antivirus

Sometimes. After we have cleared the virus and Trojan, the Windows desktop will disappear, usually due to the following three situations: 1explorer.exe is damaged or lost; 2 registry key is modified; 3 due to program conflict, virus hijacking, etc. explorer.exe cannot run. We can solve these problems by the following methods.

Step 1: Try to enter safe mode. If the desktop is displayed in safe mode, it is likely to be caused by a program or driver conflict. As long as the system startup project is reduced, it can usually be recovered. Such as anti-virus software, replace the graphics card driver and so on.

Step 2: If there is no desktop, you can press Ctrl+Shifl+Alt to open “Task Manager", click “File →New Task", enter “regedil”, open registration Table editor. Expand IHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\WindowsNT\\currentVersion\\Winlogonl and change the shell key value to Exploter.exe. Expand [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\WindowsNT\\CurrentVersion\\Image File Execution Options] and confirm that there is no <quo;explorer.exe” item, if any, delete it.

Step 3: After restarting, if the desktop has not been loaded yet, open “Task Manager”,“New Task”explorer.exe or %systemroot%\\system32dllcacheexplorer.exe

Step 4: If you still can't display the desktop, you can use the Task Manager to run the anti-virus software to check whether the log has been quarantined by the explorer.exe file. If it is quarantined, it can be restored (but it may be restored) Release the virus). Then repeat the third step.

Step 5: If you load explorer.exe under dllcache, you can copy the file to the Windows folder. If you are prompted to have no rights or refuse access, you can adjust the time forward by one month and then restart.

Step 6: If the above method still does not solve the problem, you can use the Wlndows PE CD and then replace the explorer.exe file in the Windows and dllcache folders. Then resume.
