Check the Internet time in Windows XP

Despite the popularity of broadband, there are also a lot of dial-ups like the author. After disconnecting the network, I think about checking the time on the Internet. After all, time is money! In Windows XP, even if you disconnected from the network, it is very easy to check the time on the Internet.

In the Control Panel, open the "Administrative Tools" window, double-click the "Event Viewer" with the mouse, in the list on the left of the "Event Viewer" window that appears, right click on the "System" item. Select the "Properties" command, in the "System Properties" window that pops up, select the "Filter" tab, "Event Source" select "RemoteAccess", "Category" select "All" (Figure 1), click "OK" to return In the "Event Viewer" window, the start and end time of each Internet connection will be listed in the right window. Each of the two is the end and start time of the Internet. The difference between the two times is the accumulated time of the Internet. By looking at the date, we can also calculate the total number of times and time of the Internet in a given day or month (Figure 2). If you want to save this information, you can save this information to a text file by right-clicking on the System and selecting the Export List command from the shortcut menu.
