Many softwares have built-in file encryption function, which can meet our daily needs. 3, the encrypted file
Access Access database file perform the following steps:
⑴ close the database. If the database is shared on the network, make sure that all other users have closed the database.
⑵ copy a backup of the database and store it in a safe place.

WPS file encryption is very simple, just click the "File" menu → "Save As ..." dialog box, check the "file encryption" check The box will pop up the "Set Password" dialog box. First enter the password in the text box, then select the encryption type, where "normal encryption" is suitable for most situations, and "top secret encryption" is suitable for situations with high security requirements. Moreover, according to Jinshan Company, they can help customers to cancel files encrypted by "normal encryption", and they can't do anything with "top-secret encryption". 1, Winzip
Winzip is the most popular compression and decompression software, of course, it also provides a very Simple encryption.
It is preferred to create a new blank compressed file and add the compressed file to the compressed file. Click the “Password....” command in the “Option” menu to pop up the password setting window and enter the set password in the text box. When you type, you want the password of the text box to be invisible. Please select the “Mask PassWord” checkbox. (See below)

2, Winrar

Under the graphical interface, you can press Ctrl+P or select the “Password” command in the File menu to pop up the “Enter Default Password” dialog box and enter it.

III, Windows 2000/XP Encryption
Win2000/XP provides the function of encrypting folders, of course we can use it to protect files. Before using the encryption provided by the system, you need to confirm that the partition of the folder you want to encrypt is in NTFS format, because this function can only be used under NTFS.
(1) to be selected to set the encryption attribute of a file or folder using the Windows 2000 Resource Manager.
(2) Click the right mouse button and select "Properties" to launch the "Windows 2000 Properties" dialog window.
