When Sina UC can't log in, what should I do?

  

When logging in to Sina UC, various phenomena often appear, resulting in failure to log in to UC successfully. If some error codes appear, or the login is not responding, it is always logged in. A similar situation occurs when using the official software. You can do the following:

A. It may be caused by your firewall settings. It is recommended that you temporarily turn off the firewall and try it;

B. It is also possible that the proxy server you are using has expired. It is recommended to change the proxy or not to use the proxy server to log in.

Operation method: Click the network setting in the lower left of the login window, select not to use the proxy, or Choose another proxy mode (after filling in the relevant proxy server, please test if it can be used normally).

C, because the LAN is blocked (port is blocked), so your UC can not log in;

Solution: Try to use HTTP proxy, operation method: in the lower left of the login window Click Network Settings and select the HTTP proxy (after filling in the relevant proxy server, please test if it can be used normally).
