Windows 7 hidden function: Lock unknown installer

Under Windows Vista, some programs cannot be installed properly due to compatibility issues, or they may not work properly after installation. Under Windows 7, this situation is not common, but sometimes it will appear. But unlike Windows Vista, sometimes it's not because the compatibility can't run the program, but because of "system security". The author received feedback from a ZOL user, which is just the case.
In the description of this netizen, when it double-clicks to run a program's "setup.exe" file, the mouse pointer disappears after a few turns of "circle". Then, he runs the program in a compatible way, but the software still doesn't respond. When he right-clicks on the program properties, at the bottom of the properties window, it finds that the program is locked by Windows 7 (see Figure 1).

Windows 7 prompts that the file is from another computer and is blocked by the system
Click the "Unlock" button in the above image, and then click the "OK" button to unlock the program. (Figure 2)

At this point, double-click the setup.exe file to run the program normally.
From this small case, we can see that there are many new and small functions in the Windows 7 system that we have not found yet. Many times, these small, inconspicuous functional items exist, because we are not very familiar with them, it is easy to cause misunderstanding of Windows 7.
