Windows 8.1 works great on the same hardware that supports Windows 8:
· Processor: 1 GHz or faster
· Memory: 1 GB (32 bit) or 2 GB ( 64-bit)
· Available hard disk space: 16 GB (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
· Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver

Warning< Br>· In order to use Windows 8.1 Preview, you must log in to your computer with a Microsoft account. The option to create a local account will be available in the final release of Windows 8.1.
The following additional requirements are required to use certain features:
