Win8.1 enters the safe mode of the two implementation methods

Many friends today use the Win8.1 operating system, because Win8.1 uses a hybrid mode to quickly start, causing users have been unable to press the F8 key by booting Enter safe mode. In response to the question of how many users asked how to enter the Win8.1 security mode, the following Pepsi network Xiaobian introduced two ways to enter the Win8.1 security mode.

Method 1: Check the security boot item

Use the [Win]+[R] combination shortcut to quickly call up the Start Run dialog box, then type the msconfig command to open “System Configuration” Set, then switch to the "Boot" menu, check the "Safe Boot" at the top and bottom, and finally click OK at the bottom, as shown below:

After completing the above operation, restart the computer You can see the safe mode entry.

Method 2: Use the cmd command

[Win]+[X] to combine the shortcut keys to open the start menu in the lower left corner, and then select “Power Options” as shown below: Br>

Then click “select the power button's function” option, then click “change the currently unavailable settings” item, cancel the quick start and save at the bottom of the interface, as shown below: Br>

After completing the above settings, press the [Win]+[X] shortcuts and select the “Command Prompt (Administrator)” option in the shortcut menu. In the English state, type: bcdedit /set { Default} bootmenupolicy legacy and press Enter to open Win8.1 security mode, as shown below:

If you need to close, you can enter the command prompt again, and then type the command: bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy After the standard is completed, press the Enter key.

The above are two ways to enter the safe mode of Win8.1, although it is more troublesome to enter the safe mode by booting the F8 key compared to the traditional XP and Win7, but there are many methods. It is recommended that you use the first method first. .
