Paying $28,000 for 6 IE11 vulnerabilities

  

Computer store news: Microsoft announced that the IE11 vulnerability reward program launched in June has been successfully completed. A total of six security vulnerabilities have been finalized, and Microsoft paid a prize of 2.8. Ten thousand dollars (20,600 euros).

It is worth mentioning that two of the employees who participated in the award and won the award: one of them is security engineer Ivan Fratric, who discovered the vulnerability and won $1,100 (950 euros); It was Fermin J. Serna and received a reward of $500 (€360).

Both of them donated the money to charity.


Context Security Security's James Forshaw is the most rewarded, as it found that IE11 Bug won at least $4,400 (3,200 euros), and because Microsoft called "cool IE" Design loopholes, and got another $5,000 (3,500 euros), accounting for almost half of the total prize money.

The other three winners are Jose Antonio Vazquez Gonzalez, Masato Kinugawa, and Peter Vreugdenhil.
